Welcome to the Amstel Pool Table Tournament competition platform. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
What this competition is
Amstel Pool Table Tournament is a free-to-enter pool (billiards) knockout competition. There is no purchase, no promo code, no scanning, and no points of any kind. Entry is open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation may be limited to residents of Rwanda unless otherwise communicated by the organizer.
Registration window
Registration is open from Monday 17 August 2026 to Tuesday 1 September 2026. Registration is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over. A player registers once, at the venue qualifier they wish to represent. Winning a match advances a player to the next tier automatically; losing a match eliminates them.
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account credentials secure. The organizer may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used fraudulently.
Tournament structure
The competition runs in three tiers, single elimination throughout: venue qualifiers, regional finals, and the National Grand Finale. A player who wins their match advances to the next tier automatically. A player who loses a match is eliminated from the competition.
Prize
One prize is awarded, to the winner of the National Grand Finale. It is presented offline at the Grand Finale. No other prize, reward, voucher, or points balance forms part of this competition. The platform does not issue, value, or fulfil the prize; it is provided directly by the organizer.
Responsible Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, create multiple accounts, impersonate another player, or interfere with match results. Violations may result in account suspension or disqualification from the competition.
Communications
Users may receive essential notifications relating to their account, their match schedule, their results, and competition updates.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, remains the property of the organizer or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Platform Availability
The organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be responsible for temporary outages or technical failures beyond its control.
Fraud Prevention
The organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and suspend accounts while investigations are conducted. Fraudulent activity may lead to permanent disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the platform or the competition.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
The organizer may suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who breach these Terms and Conditions.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rwanda.
